PC crashes when running [Demo] from the manager tool.
You may need to install the latest driver for the graphic card installed on the PC. Please visit the manufacturer's website for the latest updates and information.
The PC is rebooted, and Internet is accessed by the manager only.
If Internet is accessed by the manager only and not by any user, check if "Limit website" is selected for the user. Some limit items such as Limit application, Limit website and Limit printer are maintained when PC is rebooted.

The PC is not booted.
Check if the network is normally connected with the PC. If the PC is not booted while the network is properly connected, check if WOL (Wake On Lan) is active in the PC. You cannot switch on the PC over the network if WOL is not set for the PC. Refer to "4.1.8.2. Power On" of the User Manual for details.
Demo users cannot be added while Demo is in progress.
Start Demo button is deactivated when adding selected users during the Demo session. This is the safety feature to prevent running the Demo in multiple sessions at the same time, which can escalate to an uncontrollable situation by the manager. Please abort the Demo and then add more users before running the Demo again.
'Socket communication' errors.
You may experience a socket communication error while using the manager tool, which may be attributed to an interruption in communication due to an unstable network or faulty devices. You may fix the problem and reestablish the communication by having the affected client log off and then log in again. If the problem persists, restart the affected computer and consult your network administrator for further assistance.
Change of the resolution of the user PC.
When designating the range supported officially by v-Space to change the resolution of the PC, an "Out of Range" message is displayed, and no image is displayed on the screen. Check the range of resolution supported by the hardware, and try again.
The program is deleted but is not reinstalled with the message "It has been already installed" displayed.
An error may have occurred while deleting the i-com program due to power off or damaged file caused by a virus or malicious code. In this case, you should delete the program manually. Refer to the following procedures to delete the program.
  • Disable the registered services. Select [Start] – [Run], and enter "services.msc". On the list of services, disable services of the following items:
    • LGM Power Notifier
    • LGM_HOOK_PROCESS_SERVICE
    • LGM_LOCK_INPUT_SERVICE
  • Delete the register. Select [Start] – [Run], and enter "regedit." As the register editor is displayed, delete "LGM" from the following folder. HKLM \ SOFTWARE \ LGM
Host PC is deactivated.
The host PC is deactivated if Manager Tool is activated in the Network Monitor PC. Refer to "User Manual - 4.2.1. Connecting User List Items to Host PC" for details.
The network monitor used in the user PC is not licensed.
The network monitor is licensed when it is used in the PC with the user tool. If other monitor than the network monitor is used in the host PC, please change the monitor and obtain the license.
The user connected is not displayed on the management tool.
The network may be in trouble or the channel is set incorrectly. Check if the network is set to "Deactivated," and select "Activated."
Installation is stopped abruptly due to the power down.
You can reinstall the program except for some cases. If the program is stopped abruptly after installation process is completed, run the management tool, and change the channel or NIC on the Settings menu. If the problem continues, delete and reinstall the problem. If the program is not reinstalled, refer to the related FAQ regarding manual deletion.
No sound is heard during the demo.
No sound is heard during the demo in the following situations;
  • The video does not support the Windows Media Play codec. Check if the video supports the WMP codec.
  • Direct X setting is required. Refer to "2.4. Supporting Multi-voices During the Demo" in the User Manual.
No voting time can be set.
The voting time is 3 min by default. The manager cannot change the voting time, and a voting time completion pop-up message appears when all users have finished voting.
The default data folder has been deleted.
Even if the default data folder is deleted, a folder is created when you run the management tool or a function (chatting, demo capture, test, test result, vote, etc.).The deleted file, however, is not recovered or created automatically.
The power off menu is deactivated..
The power off menu is active for the host PC or general PCs only. Check if power off is allocated to the network monitor users.
